Our Approach
Our approach is a Humanistic Integrative perspective. We work relationally with our clients and believe in a collaborative approach, with the client being the expert in their own lives.
We tailor our therapy sessions to each individual’s needs to create safety and trust while meeting the client with compassion in a non-judgemental space.
At the core of Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy is Existential, Person Centred and Gestalt theory we also integrate other approaches. This may be a solution focused treatment such a CBT approach or integrating attachment, somatic, mindfulness and inner child work.
