Hello, my name is Mag. I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working with clients 18+. My office is based in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork overlooking the beautiful Galtee Mountains. While Mitchelstown is in Co. Cork, it is also on the border of Co. Tipperary and Co. Limerick.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Coventry University and IACP accredited diploma in Counselling from Cork Counselling Services. I also hold professional certificates in Bereavement and Grief counselling, online and telephone counselling. Previous to opening my private practice I worked some time with Cork Counselling services.

I provide a safe non-judgemental and confidential space where you have the opportunity to be truly heard, exploring any areas you may have difficulties in and helping you to understand your inner thoughts and feelings. Together with me you can explore the reasons you have come to counselling. Those reasons can vary from person to person and may include anxiety, coping skills, depression, domestic abuse, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress, self-esteem, self-harm, suicide ideation and trauma. Working in collaboration, I can help you identify what you want to achieve from counselling and support you in taking the steps to move forward in life with greater ease and peace. My role is to accompany you on the path to make sense of your world.
